Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use theproxyparlor.shop or place an order with The Proxy Parlor, a business based in North Carolina, USA. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you have questions, email support@theproxyparlor.shop.

We print playtest proxy cards for casual, non-sanctioned play, and offer sleeving and 3D-printed deck boxes. Our proxies are not genuine Magic: The Gathering cards and are not legal in sanctioned tournaments. Every proxy is printed with a plain white back, or with its second face for double-faced cards printed front and back.

By ordering, you agree not to sell, trade, or represent our proxies as genuine cards.

• Prices are in US dollars and shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.
• We may cancel an order and give you a full refund, for example if there's a pricing error, a card can't be printed, or we believe the artwork infringes someone else's rights.

If you upload artwork for printing, you confirm that you created it or have the rights holder's permission to have it printed.

You give us permission to store and reproduce that artwork only to fulfill your order and any reprints. You are responsible for any claims arising from artwork you upload, and we may refuse to print artwork at our discretion. If you believe artwork on our site or in an order infringes your rights, email support@theproxyparlor.shop, and we'll review it and remove it where appropriate.

Turnaround times, shipping, cancellations, refunds, and reprints are covered in our FAQ & Policies, which are part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Magic: The Gathering and related names and card art are trademarks and property of Wizards of the Coast LLC and their respective owners. The Proxy Parlor is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images come from Scryfall; precon decklists come from MTGJSON.

Please don't misuse the site. Don't try to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or upload anything unlawful. We may block access for misuse.

The site and our products are provided "as is." We work hard on print quality, but slight variations in color, cut, and card feel are normal for printed proxies.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
